Jamie Atlas

Before joining O'More in 2001, Ms. Atlas had a successful career as a merchandiser and buyer for Johnston & Murphy. Previously, she worked with the Mercantile Stores, one of the largest retail chains in the United States, where she was a buyer for various departments. As O'More's fashion department chair, Ms. Atlas hires and evaluates faculty, develops curriculum, advises students, and teaches several design and business courses.
Jennifer Birch
Instructor, Fashion Design & Merchandising

Ms Birch has worked as a senior designer in both apparel and footwear at adidas Int’l and Bonfire Snowboarding. Most recently she was Color/Trend Director at Jager DiPaola Kemp Design and has done product design and color work for various clients as Burton Snowboards, Segway and Merrel.
Maybelle Church
Instructor, Fashion Design & Merchandising

M.ED., Middle Tennessee State University
Ms. Church worked four years in retail management, and spent 10 years with the University of Tennessee Extension Service. Currently, she teaches Family Consumer & Science courses at Hickman County High School. Ms. Church also owns a small company that sells handmade Purses, Dolls and Accessories at Craft fairs.
Samantha Corbitt

Kevin Crouch
Assistant Professor, Fashion Design & Merchandising
B.A., Brigham Young University
Mr. Crouch has worked as a fashion stylist for retailers such as Bloomingdale’s, Macy’s and Neiman-Marcus, and as a designer and workroom manager for Vogue Pattern Service. He has designed costumes for numerous theatrical productions, including for the Nevada Dance Theatre Ballet and for Walt Disney Imagineering. He is the co-author of several books on music-related topics.
Teressa Gear

Ms. Gear has worked as a buyer and merchandise manager for McClure's Department Store in Nashville, and was a senior buyer for GANTOS in Grand Rapids, Mich. She has also worked as a regional buyer for Dillard's Department Stores.
Megan Griffiths
Instructor, Fashion Design & Merchandising

Ms. Griffiths is the assistant shoe designer for Johnston & Murphy in Nashville. She also freelances as a fashion illustrator for independent designers and local business owners, and as a stylist for Nashville-based entertainment agencies.
Jim Hess

Mr. Hess has twenty years of business experience that includes retail merchandise manger, retail general manager, sales, sales management, marketing, operations and distribution channels. He also teaches courses at IADT in the fashion department, focusing on consumer behavior in fashion, retail fashion management, and entrepreneurship.

Iisha Paschall
Instructor, Fashion Design & Merchandising
Coming from a background of professional theatre, Iisha has worked for The Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey in Madison, New Jersey, Carelli Costumes in New York City, and taught last spring at Sewanee: The University of the South. Since moving to Nashville in June, she has begun working for Muna Couture as well doing multiple freelance projects. The largest and most recently completed of these projects being the creation of multiple costumes and hats for a national tour of the musical Gypsy.
Danielle Patton

Shortly after graduation, Ms. Patton moved to Ethiopia where she taught fashion illustration at Next Design College. After living in Africa for nine months, she moved back to Nashville and now manages a clothing store, Apricot Lane located in Bellevue.
Sally Queener

Ms. Queener's training in both fashion and interior design helped her launch a successful business, Sally Q. Designs, which specializes in design consultation and special-event planning.She worked previously as a department manager for McClure's Department Store, and as visual merchandiser for Gus Mayer.

Ms. Whitaker currently works at STARS, a non-profit drug, alcohol and violence prevention company, as a human resource director. She also manages a career planning business, providing career planning services, leadership development, business training and executive coaching.
