McAfee Library
The McAfee Library is intended as the center of study and research for O'More College students by providing reference materials, study areas, a computer lab, dozens of periodicals, and an expanding collection of books and resources. In 2008, our collection was further enhanced by a partnership with the Williamson County Public Library system, which allows our students access to the county's collection and services. The library catalog can be accessed online using the link in the lefthand menu on this page. Students looking to purchase textbooks may do so in the college's bookstore, now located in the library.
Library and bookstore staffing and operational hours will periodically change to reflect need, but changes will typically take place at the beginning or end of a semester. Current hours will be posted on this page and updated promptly as they change. Summer 2009 hours are as follows:
- The library's normal operating hours are 8am-11pm Monday-Thursday and 7am-7pm Friday-Sunday.
- The Librarian is available 9am-1pm and 2-5pm Monday-Thursday and 9-1 on Friday. These are also the hours of operation for the bookstore.
The McAfee Library was created through a gift from Caroline T. McAfee, James T. McAfee III, and Julie McAfee, and it serves as a memorial to James T. McAfee, Jr.
