Dr. Dennis Brewer, Professor
B.S., USMA (West Point); M.S. Naval Postgraduate School; Ph.D., California Coast University
Dr. Brewer served 21 years in the U.S. Army, commanding five companies (100–350 personnel) and utilizing mathematical skills in planning operations and sustaining troops. After serving in the military, he spent 14 years in industry and analyzed battlefield payoff of engineering design trades in operability, lethality, mobility, and survivability for 10–30 ton combat vehicles.

Mr. Lee has worked in the securities industry, where he held Series Six and 63 licenses. He has also published a book, The Winner’s Guide to Fantasy Baseball, which examines the underlying economic issues associated with Rotisserie and fantasy baseball. He has worked in college admissions for 13 years.

Jessa Rose Sexton, Executive Editor, O'More Publishing and Instructor

At Harding University, Ms. Sexton received a Bachelor of Arts in English with teacher licensure and a Masters of Education with an English emphasis. She taught 7th and 9th grade English before coming to O'More, where she teaches writing, literature, speech, research, and educational classes. During the summer of 2007, she served as a research assistant at the Harris Manchester College of Oxford University's Summer Research Institute. She has published a children's book and co-wrote a book on education which was released in the winter of 2007.

Dr. K. Mark Hilliard, President and CEO and Professor
B.S. Freed-Hardeman University; M.S. Middle Tennessee State University; D.A. (Doctor of Arts), Middle Tennessee State University
President Hilliard also serves as a Professor of Educational Wellness, Holistic Wellness, Exploring Spirituality, and Marriage and Family. He is the Director of the Hilliard Institute for Educational Wellness—A Sensory Teaching and Learning Center at O’More; Head of the Council for Institutional Research and Advancement (CIRA); and Director of O’More Publishing, the college press. His recent research activities include induction as an Oxford University Summer Research Institute Scholar and Fellow—Harris Manchester College, Oxford University, England; a member of the Oxford Research Institute; and a former member of The Oxford Roundtable. Professor Hilliard is a published author of two books and is working on his third, which he will co-author with his daughter. The book concerns the art and science, or the design, of teaching and learning. Dr. Hilliard received his Doctor of Arts Degree from MTSU in Higher Education and in Wellness. He completed his dissertation and has conducted extensive research into the unique learning styles of Native Americans, specifically the Eastern Band of the Cherokee.

Dr. William J. Kelton, Professor

Dr. Kelton is distinguished not just for his literary scholarship, but for his length of service to O'More, where he taught for many years prior to his passing in 2008.
